This mineral, also known as soda crystals or washing soda, serves as a filler to ensure the tablet dissolves in water.

Potassium sorbate

It is made in the laboratory, but its precursor is found in the berries of the mountain ash tree. It protects the product against micro-organisms which could alter its quality.
